Cynthia B. Dunn
Cynthia Bullock Dunn is board certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization as a specialist in the field of family law. Within the area of family law, Ms. Dunn handles all legal matters affecting children and families, including marital relations and divorce, custody, child support, enforcement, paternity, grandparent access, and adoption. While her practice is centered in the counties comprising the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex area, Ms. Dunn has represented clients across Texas. Ms. Dunn is an active member of both the Family Law Section of the Dallas Bar Association and the Tarrant County Family Law Bar Association, and is a former director of the Dallas Bar Association's Family Law Section. She is a member of the Annette Stewart Inn of Court, the Texas Academy of Family Law Specialists, the College of the State Bar of Texas, and the State Bar's Family Law Section. Ms. Dunn is AV-rated by Martindale Hubbell, and in October 2004 and again in 2005, was recognized as a Texas "Super Lawyer" by Law and Politics magazine and featured among the top attorneys in the state in Texas Monthly magazine. Ms. Dunn has been a frequent speaker on family law issues, and serves as a volunteer mediator for Tarrant County's bi-annual Settlement Week. Ms. Dunn attended Louisiana State University, where she graduated with honors in History and Political Science, and was selected to be a member of Phi Beta Kappa honor society. Ms. Dunn began her law practice in 1994, following graduation from the University of Texas School of Law with a Juris Doctor degree. She is licensed to practice law in all Texas state courts, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas. Ms. Dunn lives in Irving with her husband and children. |
